She did her schooling at Mount Carmel School in Bhagalpur. She completed her fashion designing course at the National Institute of Fashion Technology in New Delhi.
She made her acting debut from Puri Jagannadh’s Telugu movie Chirutha alongside Ram Charan in 2007. The movie received a positive response from the audience and critics. She made her Bollywood debut from Crook starting Emraan Hashmi in 2010. Later She appeared in Kyaa Kool Hain Hum Sequel Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum. In 2013, She paired with Vivek Oberoi in Jayantabhai Ki Luv Story. The same year she acted Yamla Pagla Deewana 2 alongside Dharmendra, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol.
Beside Acting Neha loves Dancing, She trained Kathak Dancer, She also learns jazz from Pineapple Dance Studios in London.
